Abstract

The article illustrates the Ministry investments on cultural heritage and tourism, wich have many components: the European Structural and Investment Funds (ESIF), particularly the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF), the italian Development and Cohesion Fund and other national funds. The text aims to show the relationship between the Programs governance and the Ministry for culture and tourism organization, in order to show the system failures, the actuation obstacles but also the competences involved in each process and the targets reached by the administration.
