Abstract

Analyzing the works If This Is a Man by Primo Levi and Man’s Search for Meaning by Viktor Frankl, this article wants to analyze the temporal conception as a method of defense against the dehumanization that occurred among the prisoners of Auschwitz. After raising the problem, we proceed to analyze the conception of the present, after the future and finally the past, to highlight similitudes between the two authors
