Abstract

Transitions are a historical fact. Societies undergo transformations when faced with the crisis of social and economic relations, while the current ecological transition is a top-down process. It is the first time this occurs. A new form of polyarchy is emerging from the ongoing destatualization, and it is designing a new world order. Decisions are no longer made by parliaments but by international arbitrations. Is it the assertion of a new form of neo-cameralism?
