Abstract
Starting from the most consolidated definitions of sustainable agriculture, we aim at showing that it implies a structurally multidimensional (and interdisciplinar) approach to the agroecosystem- and landscape management, which is deeply rooted in the cultural dimension of the relationship between humans and Nature.
