Abstract
Badji observed how much climate changes affected the self-sufficiency and food security of households living in the southern area of Sedhiou region, Casamance, in the last decades. The replacement of speculative monocultures with yield tree crops, the diversification of production, the preservation of traditional cereal cultivation techniques, combined with adaptation techniques and seeds can teach to the world an endogenous African model of sustainable agriculture.
