Abstract
This article reviews some of the most recent scientific publications related to the Italian constitutional process after World War II. In particular, it casts light on three contributions published in 2020 and focused on the actors, the dynamics and the developments of the foundation of the Italian Republic from a long-term perspective. According to them, the constituent process is analysed in a transnational dimension, through the comparison with other European and extra-European constitutional processes.
