Abstract
This article focuses on the debate about the derivation of the Principle of Alternate Possibilities (PAP) from the Kantian Maxim that «Ought Implies Can», in the light of the thought-experiment methodology in practical philosophy. The author reconstructs some different lines of the current discussion about this problem and argues for new ways of defending Frankfurt's position, trying to show the intrinsic dependence of the possible answers on the general normative points of views.
