Abstract
Legal philosophers still debate about value pluralism and tragic choices in law. In a recent contribution, Guillermo Lariguet approaches such philosophical and meta-ethical subjects with an eye to their legal consequences, especially in the domain of constitutional law and constitutional interpretation.
