Abstract
The word inequality is representative of a transition which is interesting the legal and political assets of the contemporary societies. In this essay the author proposes a brief analysis of the current paradigm shift, by adopting a legal-philosophical perspective. To this aim, she focuses on the nexus among inequality, the contemporary configuration of the power, the growing use of the notion of vulnerability and the reconfiguration of agency and liberty, which is becoming closer.
