Abstract

This article analyses certain features of Vittorio Sereni's critical language: the most recurrent metaphorical fields, its characteristic rhetorical figures such as "correctio", lexical innovations through derivational morphemes, its philosophical lexemes examined in their relationship with Benedetto Croce and Antonio Banfi's language.
