Abstract
The essay explores the topic of the fantastic genre in Tommaso Landofi’s work, focusing on the influence of Russian authors over this specific aspect of his liter¬ary production. Particular attention is given to the relationships between Land¬olfi and three great nineteenth-century’s models: Pu¨kin, Gogol’, and Dostoevs¬kij.
