Abstract
Change Blindness (CB) is a new approach in the study of visual attention. Basically it consists in a failure to detect visual change occurring between two or more consecutive views of a scene. Recent studies showed that large change are missed if they occur simultaneously with other visual transients presented in the image. The results of the CB researches suggest that attention is the key factor that allows the detection of a change.
