Abstract

This work presents a free software called Si.CoD., which is based on a set of classification systems of questions (closing/opening, coerciveness, threatening and confusing). The system arises from a corpus data of 12 hours. It provides a standard for coding questions, it can be applied to different languages to compare different studies. The implementation of the system in a useful software and the examples of every category make the training of observers more efficacious. In the final part of this work the main functions of the Si.Co.D. software are described.
