Abstract
Digitization has initiated a radical transformation in the world of work by changing the professional activities and the expected skills. This contribution aims to discuss the emerging conflict that the diffusion of intelligent technologies generates: recognized the mutual and mutual inclusion of skills, it becomes a priority to face the psychological implications underlying the ongoing cultural evolution, and participation, as a right and form of self-realization. The skills in fact contribute to the construction of a personal and professional identity, capable of managing through knowledge adapted to the context, where through problem solving, negotiation and teamwork, it is possible to experiment with new action skills.
