Abstract
Ruling and ruled agents, together with rules in financial institutions, have to be blamed for the current 2009 crisis. Do we have also to blame economic theory and economists? Furthermore, what the lesson we have to learn from this catastrophic change in world economy, leading us to rediscover systemic risks in social systems?
