Abstract

The article takes a recent statement delivered by the Italian competition authority on some agreements for the production of wines as a starting point for considering the main contents of the Eu Common Agricultural Policy in the wine sector and the main organizational aspects of the relevant industry. Some considerations are then developed with regard both to the existing system of wine consortia in Italy and possible co-opetition outlooks.
