Abstract

This work aims to offer some critical reflections about the topic of the globalized Business Law in the age of the big economic crisis. After outlining the differences between economic and legal globalization, the analysis focuses on the role of the credit in the financial crisis begun in 2007 and on its relationship with the credit risk securitization. At the end of the study of the more recent Eu regulatory action in banking and credit sectors, the Author wants to find some cause for reflection starting from the concept of glocalization (portmanteau of the «globalization» and «local» words), developed by eminent legal sociologist, to apply it to Business Law.
