Abstract
This is the second part of a paper published in the previous issue of this journal and argues that law is mainly deliberation, i.e. a matter of reason and reasonableness. Proceeding along these lines, the paper will discuss the notion of reason, practical reason and morality, in order to eventually vindicate the importance of reasonableness, a concept which has been unfortunately under-played by our lawyers.
