Abstract
The paper is about the legal philosophy of Paul Amselek. In particular, the author examines and discusses a number of problems related with the theory of norms (namely the ontology of norms, the relationship between alethic and deontic modalities) and the theory of legal interpretation (with special regard to the "creative" character of interpretation and the limits of interpretive discretion).
