Abstract
The paper analyzes the relation between the judiciary and multiculturalism, by examining some recent contributions by experts in comparative constitutional law. Such lawyers emphasize a renewed interest of constitutional jurisprudence (in particular, North-American jurisprudence) in the anthropological profiles regarding the conflicts of rights involving ethnical minorities.
