Abstract
The paper is a review of the volume 12 of the "Treatise of Legal Philosophy and General Jurisprudence", titled "Legal Philosophy in the Twentieth Century: The Civil Law World" and edited by Enrico Pattaro and Corrado Roversi. It provides an overall view of the two tomes, in which the volume is articulated, and goes to discuss some specific points, namely the relations between Legal Positivism and Legal Realism, the role of logic in law.
