Abstract
The analysis of the «Gesetz zum Schutz vor Konversionsbehandlungen» and the identification of the aims underpinning its introduction suggest to evaluate if a similar legislative action could be appropriate in Italy and to hypothesize the systematic and applicational outcomes it would have. Considering the latest case-law, the essay also seeks to define the boundaries of the right to self-determination.
