Abstract
The author examines the reform of the justice system civil law in the bill approved by the Senate in September 2021 and critically highlights its approach to the rite alone, intended to limit the defenses of the parties, forced to exhaust them in the introductory documents, highlighting how all the reform interventions of the recent past in the same management have failed in their objectives. He suggests the need for intervention on organizational aspects, on the recruitment of judges and stationery staff, on the use of technological tools in the process and on the introduction of a principle of self-responsibility of the parties. Instead, he highlights the opportunity for a reform of the judge and the trial of the family and minors
