Abstract
The essay analyses the scope and meaning of the Recovery plan, in particular with regard to the impact of this new instrument on the European economic governance, the Italian form of goverment and the parliamentary prerogatives. With this in view, the Italian Recovery and Resilience Plan governance is deepend in a constitutional perspective, in order to track the patterns underlying the approach that has marked Italy in the whole process so far
