Abstract
This article aims to analyze the main profiles of the latest referendum issue, focusing on the so-called «fair justice» referendums. In particular, the text examines two aspects. Firstly, it focuses on the use of regional initiatives on matters of mainly state interest. Secondly, the article analyzes the influence that the promotion of justice referendums has had on the progress of the ongoing parlamentary debate on justice reform. Finally, the author carries out some brief reflections on the placement of the latest referendum issue within the framework of referendum practice.
