Abstract

The qualification of the notary as both a public official and a legal professional does not promote the plane drawing of the boundaries in which the antitrust regulation is defined. The essay proposes to analyse the most controversial questions, such as the rules applicable and the identification of the Authorities competent to issue disciplinary sanctions.
