Abstract

Four themes dealt with by Andrea Orsi Battaglini are taken up again and discussed in the text: the concept of the State subject to the rule of law (The Geometry of the State Subject to the Rule of Law); the relation between administrative justice and the division of powers (The Powers of the State: Separate or Balanced?); the concept of legitimate interest (Interests Without Rights?); and the techniques of constitutional interpretation (Between Textual Interpretation and Juridical Construction).
