Abstract

The work presents the most significant novelties in the legislation and jurisprudence occurring in the two-year period 2008-2009. In particular, the work mainly focuses on (a) the organic law relating to the application of Art. 61(1) of the Constitution, which introduces the possibility of a posteriori constitutional review of the law at the initiative of the parties under judgment; and (b) on the application of EU directives in domestic law. In addition, the work analyses developments in jurisprudence in the matter of public freedoms, public services, administrative contracts and the responsibility/liability of the public administration.
