Abstract
The present essay is dedicated to the task of constitutionalism in the context of globalization processes that have produced enormous inequalities. It focuses on the dynamics of globalization that undermine the traditional redistributive tasks of States, also due to the complicity of the States themselves, which are not only passive victims of these processes. It identifies in these dynamics one of the factors of the discomfort of post modernity.
