Abstract
The article comments on the first translation and publication in Italy of nine articles written by Hans Kelsen dealing with the problem of the political unification of the German people (in particular, through the annexation of Austria to Germany) in the interwar period. The interest in these kelsenian articles is remarkable because they concern the branches of constitutional, european and international law, as well as because they witness the concrete application of their author’s theories to an actual historical event.
