Abstract
By virtue of recommendation systems, on the one hand, and moderation systems, on the other hand, platforms promote the most profitable news, and censor those they consider «objectionable». While sometimes pretending to apply international law norms, they have established systems that are independent from the states, in which the plurality of views and opinions is not ensured. The essay discusses possible remedies, including the presence of public service on the NET.
