Abstract
The multitude and the complexity of the subjective legal situations attributable to the right of education, especially in the jurisprudential experience, have encouraged the Author to imagine this inviolable right as a «status» understood like as position of certain subjects inside of school community and the related system. In this perspective, the «status» wouldn’t be a simple sum of rights and duties but the reflection of a personal condition inside of a group, or a community, or organization. The starting point for Author was a sentence of the High Court about school meals and the right claimed by the students of a primary school.
