Abstract
This article examines the impact of adopting a gender perspective on the reports produced by the United Nations Special Rapporteur on Freedom of Religion and Belief. The outcome and contribution of this study entail a critical analysis in alignment with the international human rights principles. Additionally, it offers recommendations that may prove beneficial for shaping the future action of the Special mandate.
