Abstract
This paper examines the situation of freedom of conscience and religion in Hungary. The paper briefly presents the public law model of the relationship between church and state after the regime change. In this context, the analysis focuses on the activities of the Parliament and the Supreme Courts, with particular attention to the latter body’s incentive practice to ensure FoRB.
