Abstract
After a brief introduction that analyzes the anti-discrimination legislation of the European Convention on Human Rights, with particular attention to relevant provisions on religious discrimination, the author examines separately on the one hand the case-law of the Strasbourg Court that has made application of them with regard to «general-civil-law-regulated» labor relations and, on the other hand, judgments concerning labor relations in ideologically-oriented organizations.
