Abstract
The Italian Constitution guarantees the human rights also in the social organizations. But they substantiate that, if it's a religious organization, the followers agree to a self-restraint. Even when the acts of a religious authority operate outside? This paper analyses a few cases (personal data about the baptism, transexual reformations, civil marriages or maternities of unmarried mothers) by the same standards of a multilevel (resulting from both domestic and european antidiscriminatory law) protection and demonstrates that in any case the human dignity of the believers must be safeguarded also against the rights of the religious organization.
