Abstract
The contribution is the transcript of the intervention on the occasion of the meeting of the Association «Amici dei Quaderni», which took place on 24 February 2015 at the offices of Il Mulino. The author has revisited the 0.8% system of funding on the 30th anniversary of its adoption.
