Abstract
The article points out that the right to private life is living an innovative 'season' determined, first of all, by a growing use of biological technology in human life and, secondly, by an increasing dialogue between science and law. Thus, the analysis of the current cases law is an important instrument not only to analyse the present applications of the discipline but also to foresee the paths that this peculiar right will cover.
