Abstract
With a preamble and 32 articles, on the 26th June 2015 the «Comprehensive Agreement» between the Holy See and the State of Palestine was signed. It covers the essential aspects of the life and activity of the Church in the region and the support of the parties to a negotiated and peaceful solution to the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. The agreement mainly concerns the life and activity of the Church in Palestine. In particular, it clearly establishes the legal recognition of the Church as well as its guarantees, so that the Church and its institutions can act on the territory.
