Abstract
This contribution collects the thoughts of three scholars about the studies concerning comparative law of religions. A comparative lawyer (Michele Graziadei), an expert of intercultural law (Mario Ricca) and a scholar of law and religion (Silvio Ferrari) provide three different perspectives on the content and methodology of this field of study, discuss its weak and strong points and offer a few insights about the best ways to develop the researches devoted to comparing religious legal systems.
