Abstract

The article focuses on the impact of the recent Third Sector Code on the field of the Ecclesiastical law as well as of the Canon Law. Starting from an overall view of some of the first evaluations of the doctrine with regard to the interconnection between the Third Sector Code and the religious bodies and denominations, the author outlines the more extended importance of the Code as a significant and more amply test of the principle of cooperation between the State and the Church, in its current interpretation and in its problematic issues.
