Abstract
The paper deals with the recent interpretation of the Administrative Regional Tribunal of Lazio (TAR) in a vicissitude originated by the appeal of the UAAR regarding the administrative organization of alternative teachings in the context of the system governing the teaching of the Catholic religion in public schools.
