Abstract
The paper examines the (almost exclusively criminal) case law on the topic of labour exploitation, enlightening the limits of the legislative repressive approach. The authors propose the reassessment and systematization of all the indexes, already known to Labour law scholars, which, when used in a fragmented and limited way, get inevitably weakened.
