Abstract
The Author deals with the analysis of the juridical category of the entrepreneur’s power and retraces the stages of its theoretical and normative evolution. In particular, the impact of technologies and artificial intelligence on the exercise of entrepreneurial power is emphasized. While the traditional doctrine of internal and external limits of the power is inadequate, there is a need to identify innovative and appropriate techniques for the worker’s protection
