Abstract
After a first part dedicated to a methodological proposal for reading the PNRR from a labour law perspective, the author examines the various social dimensions of the plan. Starting from the contents of Mission 5 of the PNRR entitled Inclusion and social cohesion, the topics of social participation and proximity services to be strengthened at the local level are explored. Particular attention is paid to the contents and functioning of the National Plan against undeclared work (PNS). Policies focusing on the social dimension and on the dimension of legality contribute to give a more precise physiognomy to the labour lawyers’ reading of the various labour market policies, addressing the issue of the implementation of the plan at the national level with non-bureaucratic language and concepts.
