Abstract
The essay focus on the potential and the criticalities of the GOL Programme, established in 2020 in order to favour the employment transitions through the strengthening of active labour policies. By reading the Programme within the overall context in which it operates, the author highlights its still limited effectiveness, with particular reference to the essential levels of services (LEP), currently under review; the whole of beneficiaries, varied and difficult to cover; the construction of an efficient national network of employment services, still far from being activated.
