Abstract
The author examines the different types of flexibility that non-standard employment contracts present and tries to classify the regulatory techniques used by collective agreements for this purpose. Contents and effects of these regulatory techniques are analysed and dynamically compared. At the end, the author underlines the unsolved questions related to the functions of collective bargaining, particularly after the weakening of its tasks by the most recent legal reform of labour market.
