Abstract

The author, after a brief rebuilding of Csr features, proposes some possible connections between this topic and the practices of employees' participation in the company, remarking the continuity line linking the E.u. Green Paper of 2001 to the directives about participation. In particular, she analyses the contents of the directive 2002/14/Ce and the new interpretation of information and consultation rights it offers. After defining the minimum threshold meant to be guaranteed by legal means, the author sketches the possible margins of intervention left to a socially responsible company.
