Abstract

The author addresses the subject of labour market reform from two points of view: the degree of implementation of the reform itself, and the possibility for the Regions to regulate the new market through the tool of the "accreditamento". After an analysis of the development trend of recruitment agencies and an analysis of the entry into the labour market of public entities different from Public employment services, the author focuses on those relationships that can arise between private and public operators thanks to the new regional regulation. Two models emerge: the one represented by the Marche Region, characterized by strong competition between public and private sector) and the one represented by the Emilia Romagna Region, where there's cooperation between the two sectors.
