Abstract
The relationship between individual and collective dimension in labour relations it's and old dilemma. The thesis of a revival of a sort of neo-individualism has not any background and it is not to be hoped for. Many evidences show that labour law even in the "globalization period" will remain based on a balance between legal and collective norms and individual negotiation.
